A staple of the video game industry, car games have always been popular. Would you like to start research mission in your favorite car of all time, or you’re desperate to break into stardom, there are so many top games out there these days that are worth experiencing. However, this was not always the case.
In fact, passionate car enthusiasts have been disappointed over the years by downright terrible car games. Given the popularity of the genre and the outspokenness of gaming communities, the developers of these releases were probably aware of their undoubted failures. Of course, people can still explore leading games in other genres, such as landmark releases like Red Dead Redemption and variations online roulette games like DraftKings Basketball Roulette, but the titles below continued to irritate consumers. It’s easy to see why.

Incredibly, Toyota thought it was a good idea to create a video game to coincide with the release of its new car, the Tokyo Yaris. However, after you’ve sold a few cars for a good profit, there’s nothing left in the game. In fact, it was just terrible.
Bigfoot: The collision course was terrifying
The 2008 game Bigfoot: Collision Course was an undoubted failure. Fans were excited about the huge vehicles with big wheels and big tracks that promised epic showdowns. Even though there are worse games in this genre, Bigfoot: Collision Course failed to keep gamers entertained and they usually turned it off after short sessions. Players could upgrade their cars and explore new tracks, but other than that there wasn’t much to offer.
Big Rigs: Over The Road Racing should never be played again
If you ever get the chance to play Big Rigs: Over The Road Racing, we strongly advise you to pass it up. Having the police chase you while you’re transporting illegal packages around town sounds funny, but it was actually… painful experience. The game’s graphics were poor, the controls were difficult to understand, and even contained a few glitches that simply crashed the game for no reason. Overall, Big Rigs: Over The Road Racing was truly terrible.

Many movie fans think that the Fast and the Furious film series went a little overboard. Perhaps this was evidence that the filmmakers decided to enter the gaming field, developing Fast & Furious: Showdown simultaneously with the release of the latest film at that time, Fast & Furious 6. While the game contained decent gameplay as players sought to stop a rival gang from carrying out their plans, it didn’t work in other areas. It had poor graphics, poorly designed tracks, and glitches at every turn that really hindered the overall gameplay. For people who loved car games, this was kind of a disappointment.
