Renault Master took 3rd place in Moldova in July.
According to our Central European partner CE Auto, new car sales in Moldova increased by 25.3% year-on-year in July to 930 units. This brings the year-to-date figure to 5,324, up 16.2%. Dacia Duster (+8.5%) climbed three places compared to June and leads for the eighth time in the last nine months with a share of 6.9%. Toyota RAV4 (+56.4%) dropped to 2nd place, but is growing year-on-year. There’s a surprise in 3rd place: Renault Master is in the top 10 for the first time since October 2017 (#4) and shows its best ranking since September 2017 (#1). Next come Skoda Kodiaq (-23.5%) and Kia Sportage (-53.2%), both struggling. Just like last month, Geely placed two models in the top ten (Coolray and Atlas), and the same happened at the start of the year, with Coolray rising to 10th place.
