BMW sales nearly doubled in February compared to the same period last year.

After growing 5.5% year-on-year in January to 11,074 units (+6.6% to 12,084 including LCVs), Morocco’s new car market returns to negative territory in February with -12.3% to 9,463 units (-9.3% to 10,765 including LCV). ). Since the beginning of the year, the figure has decreased by -3.5% to 20,537 for passenger cars and increased by 20.7% to 2,312 for light commercial vehicles.
Dacia (-0.8%) limits its decline to 26.1% and now holds 30.5% year-to-date, with sales up a fantastic 28%. Renault (-25.7%) and Hyundai (-43%) are in free fall, while Opel (+25.1%) takes 4th place, up one place in January and two places in the 2023 rankings fiscal year (4th place). Volkswagen closes the top 10 and is ahead of the market (-3%). The next five brands show positive dynamics, with the most impressive being BMW (+92.9%) and Audi (+45.6%).
