A man from Great Britain first drove at the age of 12, but upon reaching adulthood he never received a driver’s license. That didn’t stop him from driving cars on public roads with impunity for decades.
Nottingham police stopped a MINI One near a supermarket for not having insurance. The car was driven by a man born in 1938. He told police that he had been driving without a license or insurance since he was 12 years old and had never been stopped before this incident.
As the audit showed, the man was never prosecuted for any offense and never had an accident. The police added that he was given a traffic violation report, and the car was sent to the impound lot.
Bulwell, Rise Park and Highbury Vale Police also wrote on Facebook that in Nottingham today even the shortest journeys are recorded by traffic cameras. Therefore, sooner or later everyone who has problems with documents will be caught.
